Vintage Anchor Hocking piggy coin bank, made of mint green glass, with lots of personality. A stubby little fellow with an oval snout, wrinkled face, and little lidded eyes, this pig is quite loveable!

Banks like these were meant to be broken, once they'd been completely filled with coins.
Luckily, this vintage piggy bank survived that fate. Marked with the Anchor Hocking symbol, and the number 22, on the translucent, smooth glass base.

Flashed with minty chartreuse paint, over the glass. Other colors once available included blue, red, and yellow. This green color is particularly appealing, and would be ideal for modern children's room decor, or that special piggy bank collection.

Estimated era, late 50s to early 60s.

Piggy measures about 5.75" inches tall.
7" inches in length, and about 4.75" inches wide.

I will wrap and package with care, double-boxed, for safest shipping.
