Yellow hardcover book approximately 6 by 8 1/2". Red page edges at top bright, interior clean and complete. Dust jacket has some general wear, including smudging/discoloration, a small closed tear at top on front, another along the page edges on rear, open tear on top rear. Ink smudging on D in Anderson's name.
This vintage science fiction book by Poul Anderson has outstanding cover art by Edward Gorey. Both the lettering and images are classic Gorey, in striking yellow and red ink. This is a fun book for anyone collecting Edward Gorey art, with a nice cover and bold spine worthy of display.
