• In the event an error is made by us (i.e. you receive the wrong design, we spell a name wrong, arrives broken during transit, poor printing quality) please contact us within 3 business days with the following information: order number, error description, and photographs of the errors. Once we receive your information a replacement item will be processed, Please allow up to 7 business days for your replacement item(s) to be shipped to you. You'll be provided with a tracking number.

• No refunds will be given for color variances from what you see on your monitor to the final printed item as colors on your computer screen may vary slightly from the final product.
• If you do not receive your order, please contact us know immediately so we can contact the post office to file a claim and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
• Our listings contain photoshopped mockups of what your final item will look like. Please note the artwork/design may vary slightly in size, positioning and color (due to computer color variances) to your final item. By purchasing from us, you're agreeing and acknowledging the listing's mockup image may vary as stated above to your final item(s) and no refunds will be given for the slight differences.

• All items are shipped via USPS First-Class Package International and a tracking number will be provided.
• International shipping's estimated transit time is up to 2 weeks. Please be patient and allow time for your order to arrive. Once your order arrives in your country, it's handed over to your local post office which can take time.
• The buyer is responsible for all customs fees / VAT fees.
