At CoinRingUSA®, we uphold the highest standards by sourcing only the best quality material and highly skilled craftsmanship when making our coin ring tools.

That’s why all CoinRingUSA® brand of folding/reduction dies are precision-smoothed, buffed, and then hand-polished to a superior finish on the inside die walls using a multi-step process that results in the most consistent and effective folding and reduction of any coin to make into a coin ring on the market. This die even leaves a polished finish to the edges of the ring, (see the last photo in this listing for reference.)

0.9" x 1.0" UNIVERSAL FOLDING/REDUCTION DIE DESCRIPTION:

Get the original smaller-sized Reduction Die that's been missing from the standard Universal 4-reduction die pack that I personally designed.

This die will now give you the FULL reduction range to work any coin from 1.6" in diameter, all the way down to roughly 0.9" in diameter; (assuming that you've purchased my standard set of 4 Reduction Dies from 1.1" up through 1.6" in diameter, or if you've purchased a similar 4-die set elsewhere.)

Many have asked to have a smaller die size than the previous smallest 1.2” x 1.1” diameter die found in the Original 4-Pack Reduction Die Sets; in order to be able to fold and reduce the smaller-sized coins such as the US Nickel, the US Penny, etc.

*** Below are a few reviews and messages from folks that I've received regarding my coin ring tools:

* "A galaxy of stars wouldn't be enough to select from to reflect in how pleased I am with these new tools. Precision dies and cones and mandrel's epic quality and speedy shipping. I will continue to buy for sure."
Eric Guthrie on Apr 11, 2017

* "After purchasing the 0.9 and 1.0 dies a few Months ago, I went ahead and got the 1.3, 1.4 and 1.5, 1.6 dies to complete my set. I will tell you right now Martin makes quality products. They are not only beautiful but they work fantastic. A must have! Customer service is also excellent. Thanks Martin for improving my hobby. I will be a return customer." ---

* "Martin, thanks for letting me test your new reduction die. As I had indicated to you; I make a lot of smaller sized coin rings as well as toe coin rings, and lately the reducing wheel on my ring sizer machine would scratch some of the outer detail on many of the coin rings that I was making. This new die makes easy work of folding and reducing the coins now, without ruining any of the detail. Love your tools, keep up the great work!" --- Dan B.

* "I have all of his dies. The machining is very high quality. These tools are a must for anyone thinking of coin ring making. Shipping was fast too." --- Rob M.

* "Thank you so much for adding this smaller die and much respect for revolutionizing this artisan craft and making this available to everyone!" --- Frank L.

* "I think everyone that makes quality coin rings have been waiting for someone to make this die. It replaces the wheel die on your ring stretcher/reducer for the smaller coins and it's awesome. Just another great tool from CoinRingUSA!" --- Dave H.

*** This new reduction die has a 1.0", (25.4 mm) diameter opening on one side, and a 0.9", (22.86mm) diameter opening on the other side, and can be used to begin folding over ANY foreign or domestic coin, token, round, or medallion between 1.0” and 0.9” in diameter ***

* I only use the highest quality materials and I work with expert machinists who are true artisans at their craft to bring you the best reduction dies and other coin ring-making tools.

Each die has also been precision engraved with the corresponding size opening for easy identification.

This Reduction Die is sized to fit perfectly under any ring sizing machine, arbor press, and hydraulic shop press.

(The coins pictured are not included.)
