She answered all my questions and helped me choose/budget for my needs. Amazingly sweet! Custom pads are just as imagined, very soft, absorbent and efficient (and cute!). I have endometriosis and adenomyosis so my period is very painful, the minky pads really help "soften the blow". I recommend her and her products a million times!

I cannot say enough how much I love the products in this shop! I never would have believed how much switching over would affect my health...I have been using these for years now, and I am hooked. In my own personal experience, since using these I find that lovely time of month much more manageable.

The fabric is the softest I have ever touched, and the patterns are adorable. It is obviously high quality, and washes out perfectly. The ones I started using two years ago look almost identical to the ones I just bought!

If you are hesitant to try this product.......don't be. Once you try it, you will never look back!

Last week I was browsing through some Etsy stores and decided that I would like to buy something from this particular store. I happily paid and carried on with my day. Later that evening I received an email stating that she was having a 40% off discount that day and that she would like to reimburse some of my money. I didn't know she was having a sale and she certainly didn't have to tell me. This speaks volumes about her honesty and integrity. I would happily support any business owner who has such strong morals. The products are great. I wish I had known earlier how easy it is to keep minky topped cloth pads clean as they don't stain at all. I wish Melissa all the best in her business and encourage others to support this lovely woman!

FAQs

Princess Flow pads and liners have plastic kam snaps that fasten underneath your underwear.
You want to make sure that the minky side is against you and the side with the tag is down.
Once you are done using your pad, you can fold it up into a square or rectangle and snap it shut. Make sure the minky, the part you bleed on, is in the inside. Mess contained. You can then stick it into your pocket, purse, diaper bag, or you can tuck them into a little purse sized wetbag, and once you are home throw it into the laundry or where ever you are storing your used pads.
No. The only smell you may smell is the irony scent of blood.
The chemicals in disposable pads when mixed with blood are what create the smell associated with pads.
Cloth pads should not leak if changed regularly and using the correct amount of absorbency for heavy or light times. I found cloth pads absorb blood better than disposables.

With disposable pads I found I leaked often, with cloth pads I rarely leak and when I do its because I left it on for too long. I have much more security with cloth.
Hundreds if not thousands of dollars.
Example: I used to use a 3-4 boxes of pads per period at 5-6$ a box. I also used a box of panty liners, if not more, during the month. Add 6-8$. One month`s total was 28$. In one year I would have spent 336$.

Using those figures, if an individual starts their period at 13 and it ends at 50, they would have spent 336$ per year for 37 years which totals $12,432. That's a lot of money!
Cloth pads last for years. Lets say that a person buys a totally new set of cloth pads every 10 years. Say 25 pads every 4 years or 100 pads in their life time. If they paid 10$/pad, their total cost would equal 1000$. This person will have saved over 11,432$.
They are super easy to care for, store dry snapped up then on wash day simply unsnap and toss in with your regular laundry. Wash on warm, dry in dryer.
*Do not use fabric softener or dryer sheets as the they can cause the pad to repel moisture.*

The blood dries out in a cloth pad unlike disposables. It then dissolves in the wash. So you don't have to worry about blood transferring to your other clothes. I have tossed them in my whites, darks or towels with no problems.

The odd time, your washer does not get them 100 percent clean/or they have a light stain, just wash again.
All sales that are refused will be fully refunded with a note explaining why sale was refused.
I love working one on one with customers creating a special set or creating a set in a certain color or print.
These must be paid for in advance before I start working on them.
You will be notified when item is completed, be sent a picture of said item(s) and be notified when item(s) ship.
If small enough to fit lettermail, it will be sent via lettermail- cost being 1.80-2.95.
Parcels will be sent expedited.
I test my snaps to try to prevent that from happening- by snapping/unsnapping a minimum of 5 times.
However, should a snap come apart, you have a lifetime warranty ( as long as my shop is running) for a free snap repair. I pay shipping, will fix the snap for you and send your pad/liner back. Or should you wish to fix it yourself I can send you new snaps and instructions on how to fix it.
