A few changes can be made to each design if you want. The pendants and jewelry can be made in any design of your choice.

Advanced 50% payment after order is placed. Balance 50% prior to shipping the order out. Payments via bank transfer or PayPal.
Turn around time is anywhere between 15- 60 days depending on the quantity of the order.

Items made of cotton and bamboo need to be washed inside out and in cold water with similar colours. Hand wash, machine wash or Dry cleaning.

Leather items need to be taken care of regularly with leather cream. This makes the items clean and strong.

▸ Please note that items color may look different a bit on your screen depending on settings and technical characteristics.

▸ color can vary a bit from piece to piece. We try to be consistent in colors, but sometimes it may vary slightly due to the weather conditions when dying etc.

▸I do not accept returns, only Exchanges

▸We accept Exchanges (different size or colours)on all clothing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving an item.
▸ In a case of returning an item we will refund your money back without the initial shipping costs, once the item is received, unused.
▸If you return an item, you should pay shipping and ship only to an address provided to you in your country.

▸Exchanges for a different item is acceptable if the item is unused. Difference between the 2 items will have to be paid. Return shipping will have to be paid by the customer.

▸ In case of exchange the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs occurred.

▸Custom Orders and Bespoke items are non returnable nor refunds given.

In most cases we offer XXS to XXXL sizes but also can make LARGER SIZES..

▸We take custom orders on size and slight changes to any design listed by us. You can mix and match colour combinations, if you wish, this will cost additional $40.

NO COPIES WILL BE ENTERTAINED, SO PLEASE DO NOT SEND US A PIC OF A DESIGN BY SOMEONE ELSE.

If you want an item gift wrapped and personal message written, please leave a note of the same.

We're working on having a Distributor and/or physical store in the U.S , Canada , Australia and Germany. It's a tedious process doing everything legally and by the book, but we prefer it that way to comply with intercontinental import and export laws.
