Our shop does not allow returns due to the custom nature of our products. However, under special circumstances, we may allow occasional exceptions. If a return is granted, there will be a 20% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The buyer is also responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.

Please note there is no refund on etsy fees or shipping costs as those are third party costs. Thank you!

We would recommend using Krazy glue/gorilla glue to assemble these prints. Sometimes in combination with hot glue if needed. If you want extra support you can drill holes and add wooden dowels with hot glue between the pieces or screws.

If you need your item sooner we can upgrade your label for faster shipping and expedite your order. When you checkout please upgrade the shipping to Priority/Express shipping. If the order is time sensitive message us to let us know and we can see if we can prioritize your order.

If you have any issues please let me know, you can Venmo me the difference @nicoleeng92 if you have a hard time doing it through Etsy. Once the order comes in I can let you know the upgrade costs to your destination address. Please include your name/order/upgraded shipping type when you send the payment.

We are not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during shipping. Please contact the carrier and file a dispute if there are any issues upon arrival. We provide standard insurance for our priority order packages, if additional insurance is needed please upgrade the label, contact me at the time of purchase or put it in the notes during checkout. Once the item is in transit and taken into the custody of the shipping carrier it is out of our control, a claim can be filed with the carrier for compensation of the insured item if any issues occur. Since we have limited space in NYC almost all of our listings are custom made to order. This means that when an order comes in we will procure the materials and craft each order by hand renderings no two orders the same. If you order in a set we will ensure they match. Ordering outside a set will not guarantee two of the same item (in color/size/etc.), you must let us know prior if you need to match a previous order. This is also the reason we do not allow cancellations once an order is placed.

No, we procure materials for each order and do not buy in bulk since these are made-to-order. Depending on the availability and cost, we use different suppliers to keep your costs low so there may be a few variations of the base item we customize and modify (vials, glasses, etc.). This also changes throughout the years.

For Example: Whisky Glass
If you order a set of 4 this month and then want to add 2 more glasses next month (to add or replace), you MUST let us know what you already have through pictures of all angles and dimensions. We may have updated the size, changed ink, changed vinyl supplier, changed glass, etc.

Anything ordered outside of a set in the same order may be created at a different time with different materials!

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING CORRECT SHIP-TO-ADDRESS INFO. IF A PACKAGE IS UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED DUE TO INCORRECT INFO A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO USPS ERROR OR GOES MISSING DURING SHIPMENT.
A CUSTOMER CLAIM WILL BE FILED FOR A FULL REFUND FROM USPS.

No, all our items are made to order using what we have at hand.
There is always a variation between dye lots. Orders may come out of different machines, we may have switched suppliers or the supplier may have changed their formula between orders.

Please note these are not mass-produced and are made to order, we usually make items within 24-48 hrs and everything gets shipped on pickup days.

We are not a big company, nothing is mass-produced. Just a couple of artists working out of a small apartment in NYC, doing this after our day jobs, making custom-made-to-order items to bring smiles to our customer's faces :)

As stated in some of our newer listings, there is an error when calculating international orders.

"PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS AN ONGOING ERROR WITH INTERNATIONAL CALCULATED SHIPPING COSTS. IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER THAT IS OVER 16oz IT DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR FIRST-CLASS SHIPMENT AND WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL SHIPMENT COSTS. PLEASE REACH OUT FOR MORE INFORMATION"

If your order is not properly calculated during Etsy checkout you will need to pay the additional shipping costs before it can be sent out. Please reach out ASAP as we cannot cancel orders once production begins. Thank you!!

Orders typically get picked up twice a week other than the holiday season. USPS picks up at our location on Tuesday and Saturday mornings, which is when the orders for the week are shipped out.

Orders are made after work at the availability of our artists (we all have day jobs). Everything is made to order and dependent on the procurement time for the supplies and prioiritzed by the order queue. If you need something by a certain date, don't hesitate to reach out to make special arrangements!
