Returns & exchanges

Items that are defective or arrive damaged will always be replaced. Please just email me a photo of the product in question.

Unfortunately, polishes cannot be returned as they cannot be resold to others once they have left my hands. Thank you :)

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If anyone has any issues with their order, I ask that you contact me before leaving bad feedback - if you want it resolved. I've always gone above and beyond for my customers, whether it be refunding or replacing their orders. If you leave a bad review and that's the first I've heard of the problem, then I can't help solve it. Thanks for your understanding. :)

Shipping policies

Orders are shipped in the order they are received. It may take 10-14 days to complete an order depending on order volume; but I will do my very best to get orders out immediately. All bottles will be individually bubble wrapped and sealed in a padded envelope or box, depending on order size.

Items are shipped to the address entered upon checkout. Please double check and make sure your address is correct before completing your order. :)

Additional policies

All polishes are made with 5-FREE (unless otherwise noted), uncut, cruelty free suspension base and stainless steel mixing balls.

I make my polishes in small batches, so there's always a chance that colors can slightly vary from batch to batch. Also, since all computer monitors differ, polish colors may look a little different than the actual color in person. I'll do my best to photograph all of my polishes as accurately as possible.

Some pigments and glitter may settle over time, even after extensive testing, so rolling or shaking to redistribute will almost always be necessary. Also: the more glitter (especially iridescent), the thicker the polish. This is normal due to the glitter to polish base ratio. Polish thinner (NOT acetone or nail polish remover or clear nail polish) can be added to thick polish to thin it out to your desired thinness.

Any polishes that have special glitter shapes like dots, moons, stars, triangles, butterflies, flowers, etc. can vary from bottle to bottle. It's impossible to make sure each bottle has a certain amount of special glitter in it, although I do my best.

Thermals and glow in the dark pigments may eventually lose their ability to change color due to age or prolonged change in temperature. This is normal; the supplier estimates the color changing life expectancy of these pigments to be one year.

I ALWAYS recommend basecoat to prevent staining and a topcoat to prolong wear. I also recommend using acetone for easier removal of glitter polish.
