This is a cover for pocket size tissues. We all need them. Why not carry them in style! This one's really cute. It is black and red satin with varied dots. The edging is red and is also the lining.The size is approximately 5" x 3.5". The opening is sewn overlapped to ensure the tissue will stay just as pictured. One complimentary tissue pack included!

A. Abishai accepts all major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PayPal and Etsy gift cards are also accepted.

Q. Is my payment information safe?
A. All payments, including debit/credit cards, are processed through Etsy. Abishai does not retain any of your payment information.

Q. Will I have to pay any duties or taxes when shipping internationally?
A. Every country has a different system and set of rules for imported goods. Abishai is not responsible for any duties and taxes that are incurred. It is the sole responsibility of the recipient of the merchandise. Abishai is not responsible for the delay of shipping nor the loss of packages due to recipient’s negligence to pay required duties and taxes.

Q. Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?
A. No. There is only one shipping address per order. You may place separate orders.

Q. What is the Warranty on Abishai products?
A. Abishai guarantees all of its products for up to 12 months from date of purchase against defective workmanship and/or materials when used under normal conditions for the purpose intended. For claims within the first 6 months, items will either be repaired, replaced, or a full credit issued based upon the original purchase price toward a new Abishai item. Shipping charges are not reimbursed. For claims made within the second 6 month period, a partial credit will be issued based upon the original purchase price and extent of wear toward the purchase of an item. Credits will not be considered if items have been subjected to excessive or unusual wear (cuts, burns, wear and tear in material), mistreatment or if soiled. Credits will not be issued on items that customer is just not satisfied with unless there is some visible defect. Please use above contact page with any claims.

A. Abishai is happy to except unused merchandise for exchanges only. The request must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please return the items in their original packaging. If actual box/package is no longer available or in good condition please use a suitable box that will safeguard the product from shipping damage. Failure to do so will result in a $25 fee. Shipping charges are not refundable and you will have to pay all new shipping charges for the new item. Returns and exchanges take 10-15 business days to process. You will be emailed to confirm that it is being processed and then send out your new item or issue you a credit. It may take a few business days for any credits to show up on your credit card statement.
There are NO returns or exchanges on custom ordered items.

Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped via USPS , within the continental U.S. Typically, within the continental U.S., orders are received within 3-5 business days from when sent. All orders are shipped from Albany, NY. A tracking number will be emailed once the package is sent. Please keep in mind: when there are weather issues, shipping may be delayed.

International Destinations
For international destinations, shipping times may vary. A tracking number will be provided; however, the USPS can only track packages within its own system. Once a package leaves U.S. jurisdiction, the receiving country must be contacted to track down any packages. For an example of shipping time: A package going to Barcelona, Spain typically takes 1 – 1 ½ weeks. Countries in Africa, Asia and South America tend to take 1 ½ – 2 weeks.
