How do I measure my wrist for a custom sized bracelet?

With palm facing up, open your hand, please measure your wrist by wrapping a soft measuring tape, or a piece of non-stretch string, snug around your wrist to get the true measurement, then note the measurement. Also, it will help if you let me know whether you prefer a snug or loose fit, I will then adjust your measurement according to your preference, since for example, a bracelet that is 7 inches in length will be too tight for a wrist with a circumference of 7 inches.

How do I order a custom piece of jewelry?

I welcome custom orders to create unique pieces of jewelry to meet your needs. I will also provide consultation on the attributes of gemstones for your custom designed jewelry. Please convo me for custom order requests. For custom sizing, please note in "note to seller" or choose "Custom length/size" option at time of order.

Taxes and Duties levied by Customs agents are according to the import laws of your respective country. Any customs fees, taxes & tarriffs are the responsibility of the buyer.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Most items are mailed within the same day or the next day after confirmation of purchase by Etsy (with the Exception of Digital downloads, Personalized and Custom orders.) Cancellation and refund will be issued upon request, within 12 hours of purchase, and only if the item has not already been shipped. Once an item is mailed to the buyer, cancellation and refund of the item (not including shipping costs) will be issued only after the item is returned by the buyer and I have received the returned item in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, taxes and duties levied by the sending and receiving countries, and loss of value if the item is damaged during transit.

What is your Refund policy?

I will issue refunds and exchanges (with the Exception of Digital Downloads, Personalized and Custom Orders, Earrings and Custom Stamped Jewelry) if you are not satisfied with the purchased item. Please contact me to request a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery of the item, and then return the item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. I will provide a refund of the purchased price of the item (not including shipping cost) or an exchange after I have received the item returned in its original condition. Please use tracked mail for safe delivery. To preserve the natural beauty of the gemstones and the longevity of your gemstone jewelry, it is recommended to store each piece of jewelry separately in the pouch or box provided when not in use. Although it is usually not necessary to remove your jewelry during normal hand washing, wearing your gemstone jewelry while taking a bath or shower is not recommended since soap and chemicals in bath products may damage or dull the gemstones. Also, some delicate gemstones and materials, such as leather and wood beads, are sensitive to the wet, dry cycle. Wearing your jewelry, such as mala bracelets, to bed is also not recommend since you may inadvertently pull on and damage your bracelets/ necklaces during your sleep.

How do I refresh and recharge the energy and attributes of my gemstone jewelry?

To cleanse and refresh the gemstones, simply rinse your jewelry in a bowl of spring water (or cooled down boiled water) with a tiny amount of salt, just a pinch (too much salt will damage the stones), then let dry. Or you can also cleanse and recharge the energy and attributes of the gemstones in one step by leaving the jewelry in filtered (not direct) sunlight for a short period of time, please note that prolonged exposure to sunlight, especially direct sunlight, may damage delicate stones such as amethysts and rose quartz.
