We accept returns/exchanges on all of our jewelry pieces with the exception of:
+ Custom orders
+ Earrings (for hygienic reasons)
+ Items on sale

Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order for an exchange or full refund. Any returns or exchanges from the United States must be received by us within 7 days of notification.

You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items will not be refunded if we receive them damaged due to poor packaging on your part.

It is recommended that returns are sent back with insurance. We cannot refund a returned item if it is lost in the mail.

**If you are returning an item from outside the U.S. any customs fees incurred will be deducted from your refund amount. To avoid us having to pay customs fees, it is best to ship the return via standard mail.
