once i send the item is on the shipping carrier control.
My jewelry are MADE TO ORDER.Please allow 2-3 days to make the jewelry. Delivery time to USA is approximately 4-8 business days after payment and process time! Please take into account national holiday and weekends.

I ship worldwide from my studio in Israel all order in bulk to my logistics center in NY.
All packages are stamped by me and shipped from NY by USPS. Custom orders ship from my studio in Israel.

Shipping to French,UK,Germany,Switzerland,Netherlands,Belgium,Sweden- handling time is between 3-5 days, ship via Expedited service 5-12 business days.

Australia- 3-5 process days, 10-14 days delivery.

Rest of the world-
The delivery time is up to 25 days (with that usually comes in 14 days).
Orders placed on Thursdays Fridays and Saturdays will be sent on Sunday.

The tracking number is on your shipping notification!
US buyers can follow the shipment only with using the EXPEDITED SHIPPING service. please follow your shipment at USPS web site.
Most post services don't update the status at the website for international packages- please contact me in any help need!

CUSTOMS:
I have no control over your country custom's officials. You are responsible to check your country customs/ duty policies.
I will not be responsible if your package being held up at customs -that could happen. Please notice that once i shipped your package i cant do anything once it is held- it's on your customs officials and postel services and you can talk to them directly. If you choose to have the package return rather than pay for custom i will refund when i will get the package back minus the shipping costs.
