✔ We use US ring size (please refer to the last picture for the instruction to find your size at home without sizing tool).

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME

✔ Our pieces are handmade after we receive the order so please expect 3-7 business days for us to make your jewelry before we ship it.

✔ Shipping method and timeline:

1. It will take 2-4 weeks to deliver your jewelry after we've marked your order as shipped.
2. We will ship your package through a private shipping company from our shops in SE Asia to our shipping vendor's warehouse in Texas, US.
3. Once the package arrives at the Texas warehouse, the USPS tracking number we provided in the receipt will be updated and you can track your package inside the US (tracking is not available outside the US).
4. Your package is insured in case it is lost during shipping.

MATERIAL & CARE

✔ All of our pieces are sterling silver so are durable but malleable. Scratches from daily wear are normal, and they can be more noticeable on a large surface area over time. 
✔ Please remove your jewelry when applying scents, lotions and sprays.
✔ Rose or Gold-plated silver pieces should not be worn in the shower, pool, etc... as the plating can wear off.
✔ With time and wear, sterling silver will naturally become oxidized and eventually tarnish. When your sterling silver is tarnished the best way to clean it is with a jewelry polishing cloth.
✔ We recommend storing your jewelry with the black square anti-tarnish tab we included in the package which will prevent tarnishing for up to one year.

WARRANTY

✔ All our pieces come with 60 days warranty.
✔ The warranty covers any issue specifically related to the quality and durability of the product that might arise after you receive it.
✔ Issues related to normal everyday wearing, such as scratches or blemishes, are not covered.

If your product is defective within warranty period, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will send your replacement within 5-7 days.
