Pillow Options:

} All of my designs are printed on 100% cotton. You may choose the color of back you would like from the variations drop-down menu. It is not the same fabric as the front. The canvas fabrics are 100% cotton
} Natural Canvas - this is a flecked neutral off-white color. This is the most popular choice.
} Black Canvas - use care in ordering this if the design you chose is predominantly black, as the blacks often do not match each other. This fabric also shows lint, dust and animal fur easily.
} Your pillow cover does not include an insert.
} When available, both polyfill and feather/down inserts may be purchased in the Pillow Insert section of my shop
Care Instructions:

} Spot clean or dry clean
} The front of each pillow is a different fabric than the back and the shrinkage rates may not be the same. Many clients have reported washing in cold water, stretching and laying flat to dry with success. Experiment at your own risk. :)
} Decorator fabrics and upholstery are generally considered to be not washable. Companies that clean upholstery do the nicest job at cleaning pillows because they can remove the liquid immediately.

} Ships within US within 7-10 business days via USPS Priority Mail with Insurance and Tracking
} Ships to Canada and internationally to many countries via USPS First Class international mail - no tracking available. I retain proof of purchase of postage but cannot be responsible for undelivered packages once I release your product for shipment.
} I do not contact you prior to shipment, so please do not be alarmed...I am just busy working on getting your order out as soon as possible. If you have questions, please contact me...I am happy to give you a status update!

I accept PayPal as my primary method of payment or credit cards through Etsy's processing. Orders paid through Etsy will show on your credit card bill as ETSY Brooklyn, NY
I must do my part and charge Sales Tax for purchases shipped within Minnesota. I cannot mark international shipments as "gifts" unless it truly is a gift. While I know that taxes and duties are no fun, just be assured I am ethical in every part of my business.
{Shipping Method}
• I ship via USPS Priority Mail with Tracking and Insurance to US addresses, APO, FPO and US Territories.
• Domestic orders will take about 2 business days for travel.
• USPS offers tracking numbers that you can click on and track your package directly from your receipt once your orders are marked shipped.
• International Orders do not have tracking and insurance. I retain the receipt and can prove your items were shipped but I am not in any way responsible for items that do not arrive.
{Lost, Stolen, and Undelivered Shipments}
USPS and International shipping failures are not my fault or a reflection on my level of dedication to my customers. If your shipment is sent without insurance (this applies internationally only - USPS Priority Mail includes insurance):
• I am not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen, and undelivered packages without insurance are on the responsibility of the buyer.
• I am unable to replace or reship items shipped internationally that do not arrive.
• USPS delivery failures or damaged items include insurance but it is the buyer's responsibility to track their package, and file any claims they may have on undelivered or damaged items using the tracking information provided on your receipt.
{Shipment & Address Changes}
I strive to ship within 5-7 days of when you place your order. I use the addresses provided to me on the invoice. Be sure to VERIFY YOUR ADDRESS because:
• I will ship to the shipment address listed in the order confirmation. This includes Paypal addresses.
• Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.
• If you intend for your item to be a gift and wish for it to be shipped to the recipient, you must CHANGE your SHIPPING NAME AND ADDRESS when you are checking out. I will not be able to ship to a name and address you send me in a convo. Etsy prints my shipping labels for me using the name and address you provided.
{International Orders}
• International orders take on average 5-15 business days for delivery.
• I am not responsible for customs delays, customs charges, levies, taxes, and lost or stolen packages
• International package IDs are not tracking numbers, but parcel numbers to confirm your shipment
{Refunds and Exchanges}
Stub 24 Designs is a fun home-based business that reflects my love of fine decorating and historical nostalgia, and I promise not to take your customer experience lightly. I love what I do and I want you to love your items. However, I do not purchase materials to create your items until you order, and I cannot get a refund on my textile manufacturing process, so you may only return defective merchandise within 14 days of purchase for an exchange only. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have up front.
{ SHIPS TODAY SECTION } I know when you love something, you shift into OMG-Can’t-Wait-to-Get-It mode. I heart your patience and excitement. Check my SHIPS TODAY section for items that are already in my shop and ready to ship today. They will ship within 24 hours (or next business day if you order after the post office closes on a Saturday or you order on a Sunday or federal holiday). Be sure to check out separately with these items to ensure they will ship today. If you purchase them in combination with items not in stock they will ship when the rest of your order is complete.
{ RETURNS AND EXCHANGES } I love what I do and I want you to love your items. However, I do not purchase materials to create your items until you order, and I cannot get a refund on my textile manufacturing process, so you may only return defective merchandise within 14 days of purchase for an exchange only. { INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS } If you receive an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please notify me within 3 days of receipt so I can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases. I may just request photos of the defect to save both of us on hassle and shipping.

{Additional Policies and FAQs}
Cancellations- Etsy has this as an option to REQUEST a cancellation and it will NOT cancel your order, only send a request. Please know that due to the way I process my orders cancellation requests will not be processed so please double check before you order! Once an order is placed it will ship because I have already placed the request for my textile to be manufactured. Unless the request is sent almost immediately, I will not see it prior to placing my orders. I will ONLY ship the color/item you chose in the drop down section of the listing. I do get the notes to seller but I don't see separate convos requesting a change of address or change of back type on pillows.
PLEASE BE SURE that you put the shipping address in at checkout where you wish to receive your items and that this is not an old address. If you are sending this item as a GIFT, put the shipping name and address as your intended recipient.
