Do I need a spreadsheet program to use these templates?

Yes, most of my templates are designed in Microsoft Excel and are compatible with all versions of Excel. If you have a mac with 'Excel for macs' it will work. Open office versions are available upon request. Open office is a free program you can download. If you have Excel 2003 or earlier, you might need to request a 2003 version which I can also send.

Will I be able to make my own changes or customizations?

Most of my templates come with the cells with formulas protected, to prevent someone from accidentally deleting or writing over a formula, which could cause the template to not work as described. If you want to be able to make changes to the formulas, there is a small fee to upgrade to the unprotected version. How do I change the name the template comes personalized with?

Most of my templates are personalized with your name or business name. If you have a preference, please enter the name you'd like in the 'notes to seller' at checkout. Otherwise I will use the name listed on the account/order. The excel templates are meant for use by the individual or business who purchases them, and the name cell remains protected in most of the templates, even with the unprotected formulas version upgrade. If you would like to use the template for other people, such as your own clients, they can be used with a license if they are part of a service you provide.
