All items are shipped standard shipping unless otherwise noted on the description page. Please not that some items may ship separately. Upgraded shipping is available on most items. If you need to know shipping times, please contact Hammond ink Paper before placing your order.

All orders are shipped to the address you have registered to ETSY. I am not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order is returned to me as undeliverable, you, the buyer is responsible for any costs incurred to re-ship order.

* Most items at Hammond ink Paper are shipped via The United States Post office. USPS has attractive rates but, is not always reliable with their shipping times. Once your order has shipped Hammond ink Paper is not responsible for late arriving deliveries. Lost orders will be handled on a case by case basis.

PROOFS: Address labels are the only item in Hammond ink Paper's shop are the only products that automatically come with a proof. If you would like a proof for your item(s) please purchase the "Proof" listing from Hammond ink Paper. Font changes, wording changes, do not require a custom order. If you want to change a pattern, or have a new pattern/design created for you, this requires a custom listing. If you are unsure of the colors, font or other design elements you want, please purchase a "Proof" listing from Hammond ink Paper.
Once the proof has been approved by you, I will print your order and it will shipped to you. In order for this process to go quickly and smoothly, please include as much information (size, colors, name(s) and address) in the notes to Hammond ink Paper section at checkout. If your proof has not been approved within 5 business days, your item will be shipped with the information given at the time of checkout.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom listings include 2 proofs. If you require more than 2 proofs you will need to purchase an additional proof listing form Hammond ink Paper.

MONOGRAMS: Please list your monogram in the order you would like it to appear. If you prefer to have your monogram initials all the same size please list them as follows: SHB. If you would like the center initial larger, please list them as follows: sHb. Please contact Hammond ink Paper with any questions prior to placing your order.
