I only use 14 count cross stitch fabric; usually Aida, in my examples because of how easy it is to stitch on. 14 count fabric is also easy to follow for everyone including beginner hand stitchers. However, feel free to experiment with other sizes.

I'm able to switch an existing pattern with another color or change the text on most existing patterns but I'm not able to take brand new personalized orders at this time. If you're not sure, please feel free to ask me.

Currently, all my kits included full sets of DMC embroidery floss. I realize this is way more thread than you will need for most of my kits, but this ensures that you know you are getting enough for your cross stitch project.

I check tracking information often to make sure your package gets to you but occasionally something goes . . . somewhere. If tracking has not been updated after 15 days, I will ship you a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer. However, international shipping is completely different so please message me.
