Changed your mind?

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind and return the item to me in its original, unused condition within 14 days I will refund the original purchase price (minus original shipping charge).

Please note: Modified or customised orders cannot be refunded if you have changed your mind.

Item lost / damaged during shipping?

I always pack my items securely, obtain proof of postage and where appropriate, parcel tracking. If for some reason the item does not reach you in the great condition that it was sent to you in then please let me know as soon as possible. I may ask for proof of any damage claims and request the return of the item at the buyers cost before any refund is given.

- The buyer assumes all responsibility for the return shipping, including any damage / loss suffered in transit. The buyer should therefore ensure that the return postage method offers sufficient compensation for damage / loss. I can not refund items that do not arrive back to me, or arrive damaged (caused during the return of the item).
