We accepts payments through credit card, debit card and PayPal.

After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Packages will NOT be sent until the payment has been received. Customers are obliged to pay within three days of placing the order. If payment has not been received on the fourth day, the transaction will be cancelled.

If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.

We are not responsible for our customer's typos. If we engraved as you've requested, we can't do anything. But do contact me to see if we can work anything out.

Once the bar has been engraved, we can only refund 50% of the price. For we can no longer use the bar that we've engraved on. If for whatever reason we haven't start on the engraving, we can issue a full refund.

If we haven't send the order out, we can issue a full refund on the SHIPPING only, but once shipped, we can't issue a refund.

If the shipped item returns back to us due to wrong mailing address, not picking up from the customs or anything in such, we will try to reach you to see what we should do. We can do one or two things. I can issue a 50% of the products price or I can resend the product. Resending the product will result in shipping fee.

If you haven't received, but the tracking number says the package was delivered to the correct address, we are not responsible for the package. By USPS' policy, the package can not be marked as shipped unless it was delivered. And since we have no control over USPS, we can not be held responsible for the delivery part. 9/10 times, it was delivered to the mail box or the neighbors, check there, and if it's not there, please contact your local USPS to see if where it was left or delivered to.

Shipping policies

All orders will ship within 1-3 business days from the date of payment, and will typically arrive 3-5 business days from when we sent it out. We have experienced couple of times it took day or two longer, but it very rare. All packages will be sent via USPS. All orders are sent via standard mail.

If the shipping address is different from the address provided through Etsy or PayPal, please contact the seller prior to payment. If the Etsy and PayPal addresses are different, and no special instruction has been provided, and we will send the order to the address provided through Etsy

Q: How long does it take for me to get it?
A: Typically, if you've ordered before 5 PM Central times, I will be able to ship it out the next day. Any time after that, we will send it the day after the next day. USPS will take about 2~5 days to deliver.
