Returns & exchanges

Due to the nature of the items I make, I do not do returns. If I ship you wrong item(s), please notify me immediately. I will ask you to send the item back to me no later than 3 days after receiving it. Please make sure the item is in perfect condition before you send it back.
If you order an item in wrong color, you can exchange it with the right color. When you send the item back to me, make sure you send it in the same perfect condition as you received it. If I receive damaged item(s) from you, you will be responsible to pay for it/them. Please remember, YOUR SATISFACTION IS MY #1 PRIORITY.

If for any other reason you return your item, I will refund 90% of the money you paid, the rest goes to Etsy and PayPal/Credit Card company and is not refundable. Off course shipping is not refundable either. Black, champagne, blush and white veils are NOT returnable.

I pack the items very carefully prior to shipping, so I’m not responsible if the item(s) get damaged in transit.
