Sedgewick Kirkeguard CAPTURED!!!

One of the notorious Kirkeguard clan monsters has been caught!
Children can sleep peacefully once again!

This is Sedgewick Kirkeguard, the youngest of three brothers who come from a long line of monsters.

His clan is most notorious for stealing into the bedrooms of young humans and hiding until the children fall asleep, then scaring them witless and repeatedly throughout the night.

Sedgewick is not the brightest of the clan but he is the most head sure of the tactics he uses.

He favors multiple locations each night for the same child. Thus when the parents arrive, the “monster” is not where the child claimed, and thus irritates the parents as well as the child. He’s been known to favorite such places such as the closet, beneath the bed, dresser drawers, etc. He once, and only once, popped out form inside a toilet. While a very intense scare of the child, it was a very messy and smelly experience for young Sedgewick.

He was recently subdued by a youngster who had enough of being scared at night by monsters in his room and found the courage to not only confront his fears but also conquer them.

The authorities were summoned by anxious neighbors who heard strange screams coming from the young boy’s window. They arrived to find the parents dumbfounded, looking at the scene before them where Sedgewick was pinned beneath the boy. Said child was pummeling the young monster while shouting “Never again! I’m not afraid of you!”

Once the authorities managed to extricate the two, they took Sedgewick Kirkeguard to the local jail. He was tried, convicted and sent to the Sleepyvale Prison, the most inescapable prison in the realm.

When being entered into the prison system, Sedgewick was still questioning why he was being imprisoned. His exact words were – “Excuse me sirs? I don’t understand why I’m here. I was just doing my job.”

Sedgewick Kirkeguard was sentenced to ten years hard labor and is currently sharing a cell with his uncle Montague Kirkeguard.

I love this design for a pillow. I also wanted rustic but soft. The seller has been the best to communicate with. I asked her so many questions, but yet she was always happy, gracious and helpful! Started this. Not an easy pattern, but the detail will be so worth it.

Dorothy, I was getting ready for bed and decided to check my emails.....and there you were with the finished product. You made me cry.........I am 73 yrs old and have been cross stitching for over 40 years and never, I mean never have I ever seen a pattern so clearly printed, clearly stated, soooooo professionally done, so beautifully explained as what you just provided............I have no words..............thank you is not good enough. What you went through to produce this for me, I don't have the words to express my gratitude. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. The finished product is going to a well deserved police officer at Christmas time. As I wipe the tears, I smile because I met someone like you. You are awesome! Thank you for being YOU!
