Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

Exchanges on standard design apparel items for sizing issues will be allowed if items are in new unused condition. Please note however that return and re-shipping fees are at buyer expense as they are not accounted for in original purchase price.

All Domestic refunds will exclude a $7 Restocking Fee. International refunds will exclude a $15 Restocking Fee.

All shipping fees are non-refundable once the package has been picked up by the carrier. If items are returned by the carrier due to address issues, a Re-Shipping fee can be paid to send to a corrected address or the original order will be refunded less the above noted Restocking Fee.

Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs when applicable.

All Custom pressed mugs, shirts and tote sales are final. No exchanges or returns due to their made to order nature. Any items refused or returned are at the cost of purchaser.

For custom orders, once a proof is approved, and emailed to you no further changes will be made without being charged a fee. Approving an item means you are agreeing you have proof read everything and approve item as is.

I do make every effort to ensure our clients are very happy, so if you are unhappy with anything please contact me, and I will do my best to resolve any problems!!!! :D

All USA orders are shipped first class or priority mail. Shipping is handled by USPS, not by Hey Shabby Me. Any issues with shipping need to be raised directly with USPS. Only priority mail items or UPS shipments include insurance and any damaged or lost items will need to be handled with them directly. We do not handle any damaged or broken claims.

Most all Apparel and Accessories are shipped First Class Mail and you may want to request the purchase insurance to protect against any abuse/loss handling by the carrier. If no insurance option is added, buyer accepts any lost or damaged items and agrees Hey Shabby Me is not responsible for replacements.

For mugs:
Due to the custom nature of our products, processing/printing time is 1-2 business days.

Allow 2-3 business days for shipping continental U.S. via USPS Priority mail, Allow 8-21 days for International orders.

International: Delivery times vary based on your countries customs policies. Shipped via USPS First Class International shipping.

Customers are responsible for paying all customs charges in their country.

For Apparel & Accessories:
Apparel & Accessory items may ship priority or first class. While we typically have stock ready to work with, during busy times, not all sizes and styles may be in stock. It may take 5-8 days to procure and produce final product in such cases.

Damaged, lost or stolen products
UPS or Priority Mail packages include $100 of insurance. If you receive your item destroyed or damaged you may file a claim with the appropriate carrier. If your item is shipped with USPS First Class Mail, it does not come with any insurance, but you may still file a claim with USPS if it is lost for a search to be done.

Please allow 24-48 hours for your proof to be issued. If you have not received your proof in this time, please check your spam box and email me if still missing. Otherwise please contact me. :)

Once approved I will email you your final artwork in the requested format.

Please review your file carefully. Once approved Hey Shabby Me is not liable for any spelling, punctuation or event errors.

Mug, Pillow and Shirt pictures have been Photoshop'd. Real mugs my have large sized images and colors might be slightly different based on lighting.

Mugs, Pillows and Shirts are hand pressed, position, size may differ each mug.

All products have our HeyShabbyMe branding. If you would like this removed please contact us and we can have this changed.
