•Please SAVE a backup of digital file to desktop and/or laptop computer when received. Order file will be deleted after a reasonable period of time.

► APPEARANCE of COLORS
•On screen, colors may appear brighter than when printed

► REVISIONS?
Yes (within reason). We want you to be happy with your digital order! We do our best to proofread and if any text changes are needed or if an error is caught, we will gladly send a revised digital file (usually within 1 business day).*Once approved, customer is responsible for items printed at home or at a photo/print shop.
*No revisions on INSTANT DOWNLOADs (which are sold AS-IS, not customizable and not editable).
► DO WE OFFER PRINTING?
No. We do not provide any print services. Our shop sells only digital products.
► REFUNDS?
No. Due to the digital nature and customization of our digital products, there are NO refunds or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your purchase and you contact us, we will do our best to find a solution. Please CONTACT US via Etsy message. Customer satisfaction is a top priority!
► CANCEL ORDER?
Yes, if we receive the cancellation within 24 hours BEFORE any file is sent (or downloaded). After 24 hours (or if file was sent or downloaded), please contact us first.
