Unfortunately, the soap trays do not look like in the photo. The ribs are significantly higher and wider. The color is much darker. I wanted it to be like in the ad. In order to return the trays I had to take care of the shipping and the return shipping. 10 Euro spent for nothing.

Liebe Frau Bräuer, Es tut mir sehr leid, dass Sie mit der Seifenschale nicht glücklich waren. Ich versuche die Produkte so gut wie möglich zu fotografieren. die Farben weichen auf den Bildschirmen ab. Ich habe leider nicht die Möglichkeit das Bild zu Posten, was Sie mir geschickt haben. Bei den Seifenschalen handelt es sich um ein 100% Selbstgemachtes Produkt, wo die Rillen etwas tiefer werden dürfen, ohne, dass ich gedacht hätte, dass das ein Grund zur Reklamation sein könnte. Vor allem, da es besser für die Seife ist, wenn sie mehr Luft zum Atmen und Trocknen hat. Wir sind leider kleine Unternehmen, und haben nicht die Konditionen von Großhändlern um die Versandkosten zu übernehmen. Mit Respekt Stavroula
