As all items are made to order all sales are final. That said, if you have a problem with your order please let us know, as we will do what we can to rectify it on a case by case basis.

*****SHIPPING / DELIVERY*****

Most items are mailed within 2 - 5 business days after payment Is received (this does not include holidays or weekends). Please check individual items as this may vary on some products.

If you need your item(s) more quickly please contact us and we will confirm if we are able to meet your deadline. This will depend on the item, stock levels, time available - we will always do whatever we can to fulfil your order, but will always let you know before you order if we are unable to meet a tight deadline. If no contact is made with us regarding shipping timings then our standard policy applies, so please let us know.

Packages are typically shipped USPS First Class which takes approx 2-5 days to arrive after the item has shipped, some items have the option to upgrade shipping to USPS Priority which takes 2-3 days to arrive - if the item you would like does not have this option, please contact us and we can arrange a custom order for you with Priority Shipping. Overnight shipping is available at request, please note the USPS charges are comparatively high for this option, but we are happy to give you a quote based on the items you are ordering.

Please make sure the shipping address is correct before placing your order. We ship to the address given at the time of checkout and can't be held responsible for shipments that have been misdirected due to incorrect address entry at checkout.

Most products are available to ship countries outside the USA, if you see something that is not listed for international delivery please contact us as we would be happy to help if possible. Please note liquids can not ship internationally. Any customs issues or fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Once products make it to the destination country any mailing issues with the local postal services will need to be handled by you.

We care about the environment and use recycled packing materials where possible. Your products will always be well packaged and protected for shipping.

Should you have issues with the loss of your item in transit, please contact us so we can work together to track down the package. We take care to pack items well to avoid damage in shipping. If you have any problems please contact us and we can work together to resolve any issues with mailing service.
