In some cases I would make an item so the customer knows what they are getting when they request a custom order. Due to the increase of people requesting custom orders and not paying or changing details and expecting the same price, I will now be charging a fee before the start of any custom order. It does cost money and time to create a listing just for you.
I will be charging a $3 fee to start a custom order for you, then you will still pay the agreed upon cost of the item. If you add features to the item afterward I will charge you extra to add them. Simple changes may not seem like it takes time, but it uses up a lot of my time I could be working on other orders.

Some item,s I have the wholesale price already on the listing, but if not, get with me and we can work something out.

My dolls are more for the fun of them, I do not cleanse my materials or dolls.

Some dolls I have listed do come with a back story of what I have observed. I don't guarantee any doll will show signs of being haunted, as I cant be 100% certain.

My Voodoo dolls are made more for gifts and fun, I do not guarantee that they will work for what you want it for.

There is a difference in processing times and shipping times. My 3 to 5 day timeframe is how long it takes me to make an item and prepare it for shipping. Then you have a shipping time frame of 3 to7 days estimated by USPS. the listing should reflect both.
But, you are not the only order and I make each thing myself, I dont have a staff. So it could take the 5days to make, depending on how many orders im also working on and life issues such as a kids sudden illness. I try to get everything out as soon as I can. If you have a pressing time frame, let me know when ordering. Etsy also doesnt take the fact in if you buy many dolls. It still shows 5 or 7 days for an order when someone buys 40 dolls, and i cant make 40 dolls in 5 days.
