Description

White canvas 8oz Cushion Cover

Approx dimensions : 45 cm x 45 cm

For all our cushions we use genuine Epson Claria inks with professional grade transfer paper providing vivid colours and durability.

Plain on the back with concealed zip.

Inner pad not included.

These cushions can be made to order so if you would like one with a specific picture on please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

If you are not happy with your item please contact us directly at louise@kitschattic.co.uk for a return address and return the item within 14 days after delivery. Once the item has been received by us in perfect unused condition and in the original packaging we will refund within 14 days. We are unable to refund any return postage and packaging costs involved unless the item is faulty.

Once your return is received your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Bespoke products are non refundable unless faulty and only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you are shipping an item back you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items shipped to the UK are sent via Royal Mail on a 2nd class, 1-3 day delivery
Items shipped to any country in the EU are sent via Royal Mail on a 3-5 working day delivery
Items shipped everywhere else are sent via Royal Mail on a 5-7 working day delivery.
We will send you a shipping notification once the items have been sent so you will know when to expect the parcel. Although most of the time post arrives on time we cannot guarantee these shipping times and sometimes it may take a little longer. Royal mail cannot accept a claim for loss unless at least 20 working days (for items posted to Europe) or 25 working days (for items to the rest of the world) have passed from the due delivery date. Please wait for this time to expire but no longer than an additional 4 weeks before notifying us of lost items.

If attempts are made to deliver your item and they have been unsuccessful after a period of time the parcel will be sent back to us, if this occurs any handling fees and custom charges (for international items) will be deducted from any refund to the customer from the item purchased.

All our parcels are sent standard non-tracked to keep shipping costs down however if you would like your item tracked, signed for or shipped 1st class please get in touch for a quote.

Larger items are generally only available to the UK due to larger shipping cost and variable shipping rates, if there is an item you are interested in and it does not have an option to ship to your country please get in touch for a quote.
