Returns & exchanges

Refunds/Exchanges:

Due to fabric being cut when ordered, I do not accept returns.

Please message me as soon as possible explaining exactly what is wrong, attaching images so I can mend the situation!


- I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However if there is any questions about an item or if you are unsatisfied, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and I will do my best to work something out with you! (Include description and attach pictures to describe the issue.)

- If an item has an imperfection, I will note it in my description and the price will reflect the item, the item can not be returned/exchanged if it is already noted in description.

- I am not accountable for damages occurred through the shipping process, however I will take the appropriate precautions when packaging the item.

- If an insured item arrives damaged, the buyer is responsible for retaining the packaging and damaged item for insurance purposes. I will provide the buyer with the information (tracking number, proof of cost, etc.), and buyer will take the damaged item and packaging to the postal department and file the damage claim so that reimbursement can be forwarded to me. No refunds for damaged items will be made to the buyer until the buyer completes his/her part of the obligation in assisting to file the insurance claim.

**Return/Exchange shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, If returned/exchanged, the item must be in the original condition with the tags attached and with the original packaging.**

I ship out orders after payment is received (generally 3-5 days). Orders are generally shipped via USPS, United Parcel Services Contact me about shipping costs since it depends on the location. I will try to find the most efficient and economical way to deliver your order!

- If you need the order to be expedited, let me know and I will do my best to get it to you on time. (Keep in mind the shipping cost will increase)

- I always do delivery confirmation to ensure that your package gets to you! I do not want to be responsible for lost items, so I will do my best to track the package with USPS and keep you notified if there are any issues.

- I recommend purchasing insurance. If you would like to add insurance contact me before purchase and I will add it to the shipping cost.


International buyers:

- I encourage international buyers, however please be patient with the shipping time and please be aware that customs can occasionally delay packages!

- Insurance will be included in the shipping cost because I want to ensure that the item gets to you!
