Elana is perhaps the most educated spin teacher in Halifax, Nova Scotia (or the world). She has two law degrees but fuelled by her passion to build a healthier and happier Halifax, Elana opened Cyclone Group Fitness in 2012.

The words Elana lives by are ‘Be the Inspiration.’ It is her value system rolled into three words. No matter where you are or what you're doing, Elana believes you should act as though you’re influencing others. Elana tries to choose actions and words she can be proud of, whether it’s at home with her family or in front of her spin class, because you never know when or who you can inspire.
