Description

Item:

Original Fine Art Photograph by Stephen Mc Elligott

16x20 print in unique handcrafted 20x30 frame

The print is done on very high quality fine art paper

Location: Hill of Slane, Co.Meath, Ireland

Taken on the hill of slane, Co.Meath, Ireland in the current month of January, this tree frames the sunset beautifully and would make a unique gift for anyones home. I had initially planned to photograph some old ruins but I looked over a large wall and whilst the old saying goes that ''curiosity killed the cat'' I'd like to think the opposite as I fell upon this tree. I tried photographing it from a distance but I needed to get closer and so I took a chance, threw my gear over the wall and it all landed in a pile of mud. I jumped the farmers electric fence and, when looking up found myself in awe at this magnificent tree and I limped over and began to take some snaps. This was what I felt to be one of the best.

If you have any questions please feel free to ask. This Photograph is available in 20x30 frame and 16x20 print.

Thank you
