here is some history about the artist George Catlin and his art - which documented the lives and traditions of Indigenous Americans of the plains, showing the richness of their culture and dignity of their lives as free and prospering people before the white settlers ventured into their territories and took everything from them:

The paper has toning from age especially around the edges along with occasional foxing spots - but the images are lovely and crisp - and show the beautiful rendering and drawing style of the artist. The print is registered slightly off center on the page and badly mounted on ugly old card stock and have been removed. They are best kept flat between acid free paper sheets for storage, or matted with acid free matt board, or free floated and framed to hang on the wall.
[ measurements ]
print alone is 9.75" l x 6" w

Gorgeous Victorian necklace- looks great even with jeans and a tee. Love owning a piece of history, and wondering who might have worn it all those years ago...
