Yes - most of the time I can accommodate a rush order within reason. During the wildly busy wedding season it's a bit more difficult but I do my best. There is typically a rush fee required to bump your last minute order ahead of my other standard timing orders. Please send me a convo to inquire about timing and any fee that may be required. I'm very accommodating and love providing exceptional customer service but please know that sometimes it may be a bit costly if I need to spend additional time sourcing specific materials for a custom order (and making something that isn't a standard design).

Yes! If you are purchasing a veil, I include a card with details on how to iron or steam it along with four bobby pins to help styling. I also have a couple of videos on YouTube to help with styling. If you just can't seem to figure out how to style something please reach out to me - I'll go out of my way to help you!

I recommend that all veils and especially metal pieces be stored in a cool dry place to prevent any wrinkling or tarnishing that is more common in higher humidity locations. Wrapping items in fabric or felt isn't necessary but will help to keep them in perfect condition before your big day.

I love my international customers! Please know that when you select First Class shipping (the lowest cost when you select your shipping method at checkout) it will ONLY show tracking while the package is in the USA. Once it leaves my country and is bound for yours, tracking will not show up until the package has been delivered.

If you need tracking or have a very tight deadline please select Priority or Express shipping. They are more expensive, however they will get to you faster and have tracking along the entire way.

If you wish to have your package insured please send me a convo first and I can create a special listing for you to purchase. Note: Priority and Express come with a small $50 USD insurance policy.
