Exchanges:
My items are custom made to your specifications. Most items can not be returned due to health laws and customization. For those items that can be returned (i.e. a necklace or anklet), if you are not satisfied with your selection I will gladly exchange or refund your money less shipping costs on unworn pieces. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and a 20% fee to cover fees, packaging, etc.

Nipple loops are resized and returned to you for only $16 to U.S. locations and $24 for International orders for the first pair and only $5 for each additional pair, they are custom sized free when ordering by sending the measurement of the widest point across your hardened nipple.

All titanium and internally threaded piercings are checked to ensure they function smoothly before being sent. Use care and make sure the threads are lined up correctly when putting them on. They are not eligible for returns or refunds.

For returns or exchanges please contact me at whimseas@gmail.com to make arrangements within seven days of receipt. Return items should be sent in original packaging. It is strongly suggested that you ship any return with delivery confirmation/tracking and insurance. Once received a refund less the actual shipping cost and a 20% return fee will be processed through ETSY.

Loss:
Most items are sent insured. There are certain time periods that must be allowed for the items to be considered lost and your verification that it has not been received. Once the process has been completed a replacement will be sent.

Shipping:
Items are sent to the address provided. There is no refund for shipping to incorrect address, address input incorrectly or for items that are returned. In no instance is shipping refunded for Priority or Express Shipping domestic or international. Please double check your address and your country's importing guidelines.

Discounts:
Items are not marked up for discounts. A feedback/returning client discount is offered. In the event another discount is offered only one discount can be used, whichever discount is of greater benefit to you will be used.

Jewelry Material Content:
-Gold Fill and Titanium Items are California Lead Class 2.
-Sterling, Stainless Steel, Swarovski, Gold Plated, Vermeil, Pearls and gemstones and other Items are California Lead Class 1.

For the few vintage Swarovski beads sold - CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65 WARNING: Swarovski Vintage products contain lead known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, and other reproductive harm.
I understand California requires a similiar warning on potatoes. Please don't eat the crystals.
