Description

Green wall clock is nice apple decor. Brighten up your dining room, kitchen, kids room with this unique wall clock. Modern wall clock with apples is functional fruit wall art. Decorate your kids room with this lovely nursery wall clock, it will be favorite childrens wall clock. You can easily freshen up your home décor with this apple green wall clock.
The clock face is covered with non-toxic varnish to protect its surface. The base of the clock is made of a recycled vinyl records, its back side is painted in black. Clock is assembled with red swiping second hand, new AA battery powered quartz clock movement and metal hanger. Clock works quiet. Battery is not included.

The clock diameter is 30 cm = 12 inches.

I made this clock in a smoke free and pet free home as all my other items.

Returns and exchange details

Please be sure to read the entire description of the item before you buy.
If you are unhappy with your purchase or if your item has been damaged during shipping or any items didn't arrive please contact me.
If an order arrives damaged, please send me a photo of it and its package, then I can offer a refund or replacement. If the package arrives badly damaged or opened, apply to the post office immediately and there fill up the claim about damaged sending. All damaged order claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery of the item, and I will promptly contact you to resolve the issue.
If your item is a gift, please examine the item when you receive it. . Please open your item and examine it within 24 hours of receipt to ensure that it was not damaged during shipping.
I do not accept refund because of misunderstanding of item sizes or not receiving by a certain date. I provide all the sizes in each item's description both in centimeters and inches, and all the delivery information is in Policies. Please, make sure to read all that carefully before placing an order.

The returns are not accepted if the item is "not liked”. If the client broke or damaged the purchsed item, it's not refundable.
Custom orders are not refundable.

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivered shipment. Items must be returned to me within 7 days of return request and must arrive in the same condition in which they were shipped or they will not be accepted. For returns I issue a 80% refund, 20% covers fees incurred by Paypal and Etsy. Shipping costs for the return and shipping fees are not refundable.

* Items CAN NOT BE RETURNED in following cases:
- Items that have been worn or damaged due to client negligence.
- Not in the same condition as it was shipped.
- Personalized item can not be returned.
- Post mark more than 7 days from the original received date.
- Multiple orders (3+ items) or set of items.

The buyer pays all customs fees for International orders, including fees for returned goods, if the customs will charge me for it.

Shipping policies

I ship within 1-3 business day after order payment if the item is available. Making repeated item or a custom order can take 1 -5 days, I start it also after order payment and ship also within 1-3 business day after completing it. I send orders with Belgian post proir registered mail. Your order will have a tracking number, I send it to you after I ship the order, so you can track its way. This also means that you or somebody else - your adult family member for example, who lives at the same address - must sign when postman deliver your order.

Approximate delivery terms:
- Europe – up to 10- 15 days
- Italy – up to 15- 35 days
- United States – up to 15 – 20 days
- Canada – up to 15 – 20 days
- Rest of the world – up to 15 – 45 days.

ATTENTION! Before Christmas and other big holidays the delivery takes longer +10-15 days for all countries, because the post offices are very busy. After December 3 I can not guarantee that your purchase will be delivered earlier than Christmas.

Please note, transit time may vary depending on your location, postal service and customs processing and I'm not responsible for that so I can’t guarantee exact arrival time.

---Shipping address

--- Incorrect address ---
Items will be sent to the address registered on your Etsy account (► NOT your Paypal address). Please make sure that you Etsy address is correct and updated before check out as it is not possible to retrieve or stop the package once sent. Any refund/re-delivery fee due to incorrect/inaccurate address will be payed by buyer. Refund/re-delivery can only be done after I receive the returned package.

--- Unclaimed package ---
Items are sent by registered mail. Therefore buyer is encouraged to track his package. The ‘Attempted Delivery’ status in your tracking means that no one was available at the address to sign-off the package. In such cases contact your post office as soon as possible to arrange redelivery or pick up your parcel by yourself. If the package returns to me as 'Unclaimed', re-delivery fee under such circumstances will be borne by buyer. Refund can be arranged. For returns I issue a 80% refund, 20% covers fees incurred by Paypal and Etsy. Shipping costs for the return and shipping fees are not refundable.

For any returns and refunds 20% restocking fee is applied (this is amount of taxes and fees that were paid by seller acording to the transaction).
Shipping cost is not refundable.
I make refund only after receiving item undamaged in its original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
In case of incorrect address or unclaimed package I can send item to buyer again, repeated shipping is payed by buyer.

--- Lost package ---
It is rare that an order gets lost. Your patience is appreciated while waiting for the package. It might take a longer time if it is held at the customs. You should always contact your local post office to check on any attempted delivery.
You may contact me for investigation and I will submit your case to the post offices for inquiry. As these are cross boarder investigation, it may take 2 - 3 months for the post offices to come to consensus on the resolution (lost/compensation). As I am not accountable for lost package, any compensation is determined by the post offices and any refund/re-delivery will be made only upon confirmation from the post offices.

Also, I CANNOT be held responsible for not receiving when the tracking shows DELIVERED. You may contact your postman, neighbor or family members to ask if they hold the package for you.

--- Cancellation ---
You may request order cancellation in 3 hours after you placed it and payed. Once order is shipped, I cannot stop the package.

If you'd like to cancel your order because of my mistake I will refund 100% of your payment as long as the order isn't shipped yet
If you'd like to cancel your order for other reasons not caused by my mistake I can only refund 80% of the total amount you've paid, 20% are restocking fees and payment system fees which are non-refundable. Please, be thoughtful when placing your order and read shipping terms to be sure you can get your purchase in time. Thank you for your understanding!

--- Replacements ---

For any replacements buyers pay return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Buyers pay for shipping a new item for replacement if the replacement was initiated NOT because of the seller's fault.

I am responsible for shipping cost only in the cases when buyer has received wrong item becouse of my seller's fault.

A new item for the replacement will be shipped only after receiving of the return item from a buyer and after receiving of shipping cost for a new item shipping if the replacement was initiated NOT because of my seller's fault.
