Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details

Due to this being a personalized item - All items that are monogrammed to the specs of the customer are not returnable. If our company makes a mistake, then we will happily accept the return and a new item will be shipped. Please make sure you are giving the correct instructions prior to submitting your order. We monogram exactly as you send. Three letter monograms are done in the classic version - First name initial, Last name initial, and Middle name initial - with the middle letter larger for the Last name. Unless otherwise stated, all 3 letter monograms will be done in this manner. Please leave good instructions in the comment section prior to submitting order. If you are unsure, ask questions prior to placing order. Names will be spelled exactly as provided to our business and all logos, symbols, etc will be placed on the item as instructed. Please be complete in your details.

Items will ship within the given time frame or a reason will be sent to the customer and an extension date given. Items under 14 ounces are shipped via USPS First Class. Items over 14 ounces will be shipped via USPS Priority. Large items will be shipped via UPS or FedEx ground unless otherwise stated. Insurance is provided to priority and ground packages only. We happily ship International, but can not control the delay of shipping due to customs. Items will ship via the cheapest method possible on all International packages. Tracking and Confirmation numbers are provided for ALL packages.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING - Christmas shoppers we do our best to work out orders quickly during the holiday season, however, please be aware our order receipt is doubled this time of the year. We do not offer rush shipping or rush processing. We fill all orders as they come into our business and ship as soon as completed. We put nobody ahead of another for any reason. NO exceptions. We can not guarantee holiday delivery on orders received after December 15, which is the week prior to the holiday. We will be working and shipping until the USPS closes on Christmas Eve. It is possible, but not a guarantee for your item to be delivered before Christmas if placed after deadline, but please be aware of the deadline before placing your order.

We do not control the USPS nor their tracking system. Once the item leaves our business, it is beyond our control on the delivery of your package. Please contact the USPS with complaints concerning this issue.
