FAQs

- Please pay attention to the processing times stated in listings, as it does vary. I guarantee that your order will ship by the scheduled shipment date, via the method you chose.

- I live on an island in the Pacific Northwest and do not have Saturday mail service. Further, occasionally mail service can be delayed due to weather. From January through September I ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. During October, November and December, orders placed by noon Pacific Time will ship on the day they are placed.

- Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. If you live in the USA, First Class mail typical takes 3-5 days, while Priority Mail takes 2-3 days and Priority Mail Express takes 1-2 days.
- I ship by US Mail and Etsy calculates the rate based on the estimated weight and size of your package. Unfortunately, Etsy doesn't understand that fabric is squishy and often overestimates the package size, resulting in an unnecessary upgrade from First Class Mail to Priority.

- If you're not in a hurry, let me know in the comments when you checkout and if I can downgrade your shipping from Priority Mail to First Class, saving you some $$, I'll happily do so. (Orders weighing over 16 ounces total must ship by Priority Mail.)

- In any event, shipping charges in excess of US$1 are refunded at the time of shipment. :)
In rare occasions, I will accept a return of new, unopened items (no cut yardage). If shipping was included in the purchase price of the item, 85% of the purchase price will be refunded. When shipping is not included in the purchase price, the purchase price only will be refunded. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping unless the fault is mine.
