This fantastic collection of cookbooks from the famed Culinary Arts Institute Includes 24 Volumes (Copyrights 1951-1953) assembled in one binder. The set contains over 7,000 Recipes. PLUS - a rare but happy find - the original advertising inserts are still here! They include such great products as Knickerbocker, Rheingold, & Piel's Beer, Pepsi-Cola, Presto Cake Flour, Savarin Coffee, Almond Joy & Mounds, MY-T-FINE Dessert & Pie Filling, Aunt Jemima, Minute Maid, Arnold Bread, clothing, cleaning supplies, television stations, etc. These cookbooks are filled with black and white and color photos and the 50's presentation of the foods is outstanding!

The binder cover shows some wear and soiling, but the cookbooks inside are in very good condition without any real wear to speak of. The metal binder system that holds these inside the cover is in good shape, the frame of it is made of brass. The cookbooks can easily be removed from the binder should the cook choose to do so for ease of use while cooking. Includes these volumes:
