No returns on custom or personalized orders. This includes all ring box orders. Please message me with any problem. I will happily work hard to make it right for you.

Products shipped to the EU

Any non-exempt item may be returned within 14 days, starting from the day of receipt, by EU residents only, by first contacting me and explaining your reason for return. No returns based on refusal to pay your import fees. An item that has sat in Customs due to your refusal to pay import fees will result in substantial penalty fees due to loss of re-sale time of your item, said fee to be determined by me, the Shop Owner. Please ask all questions prior to committing to purchase any item that must be shipped overseas, to avoid costly returns. shipping fees are never reimbursed.

All returns of non -exempt items must notify me within 24 hours of receipt, & returned within 3 days. See above for exempt items. Please do not ask me to take back a ring box based upon a the color you chose, or a monogram you chose. I will work closely with you to insure color matching if the proper listing is purchased. Those boxes purchased directly from a listing will not be refunded based upon color matching. All monitors and people display and see color differently. If color matching is very important to you, please purchase swatches or the Custom Color listing for your ring box. This will insure happiness with your color. I DO NOT REFUND MY SHIPPING COSTS UPON RETURN OF ANY ITEM IN WHICH FREE SHIPPING WAS RECEIVED AT PURCHASE.

Most rings can be resized by your local jeweler up or down several ring sizes. Please ask if you see a ring you love but is not in your size.

Can I return a ring I purchased?

You can, but not due to size unless the ring is not re-sizable, due to its design ( full eternity ring, etc). There is a 20% restocking fee for any return. This covers the liability of shipping one-off rings through the mails and to get the ring to you safely. You are also responsible for the return cost of the ring and the original shipping cost. The ring must be returned in the same condition as it was upon receipt and must be returned via Fed Ex 3-Day or faster. This policy also applies to other pieces of jewelry that are not rings, with exception of the sizing policy. The cost of returning a piece of jewelry also includes my shipping cost to you, through Fed Ex. Free shipping does not apply to returns.

This deliciously decadent Rosé and blush Pink Ring Box is handmade by me and created especially for a lady ( or Gent in a darker color) to store her rings bedside at night. The size of approximately 4 x 2 inches is a nice little size ring box, yet substantial enough to hold three rings of varying widths and heights. I find it comfortable to take my rings off at night but don't like to leave the little objects set on my nightstand or in a drawer where pieces can get knocked about and lost during. Three ring slots is a perfect number for those who might wear a wedding set on one hand and a right hand ring on the other. One slot could be used for earrings, as well.
The box top sits tightly and prettily atop the bottom, forming one piece that stays together should it get knocked off a dressing table or bedside table. Also nice on a bathroom shelf to hold those rings we know we should take off before showering.
The box itself is a lovely thing and compliments any room and can be custom made in any color available. Please see list of colors in individual ring box listings or below, in variation choices. This box, like all of my boxes, comes to you in a custom metal tin, designed to specifically fit all of my custom made boxes. The tin is a beautiful and protective case for an even more beautiful and precious heirloom that will help increase the longevity of your velvet ring box.

I do make custom boxes of other sizes and can make you your own box. Just message me and tell me what you have in mind. Box making is a very intricate skill, but so much fun, especially picking the colors and contrasting colors and designing the box dimensions. Let me make your custom ring box today.

Buyer loved her box , but was unhappy with the color she chose. I special ordered the color she chose. Purchaser told me "color was not as expected". Unfortunately, colors are very hard to guarantee if swatches aren't requested. All colors special ordered for a customer are done with the customer's choice in mind. I try hard to please everyone, but it is not always possible.
