Returns and exchange details

At Enze Bridal, we want you to be happy and delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact me to resolve your question.

RETURNS / REFUNDS:
Due to nature of handmade work, when every item is made to order, I am not able to offer returns. Please note that returns are not accepted. However, I would be happy to resolve an issue with your order. Each situation will be considered individually.

If your order is not as expected, I will offer store credit / replacement / exchange for any other item in from my shop. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please contact me for further instructions within 5 days after the receipt of your package. Items must be in original packaging and unused condition.

DELAYED PACKAGES:
I strongly recommend ordering beforehand. Please look through my shipping timeframes or contact me to determine estimated arrival of your order.

I am not responsible for any delays of your order if shipped with standard shipping option.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
All custom orders are final, though if additional adjustments are needed, it can be made at no extra charge.
Before starting your custom order, we will walk through all necessary details such as sizing, dimensions, materials, patterns, components, etc. The total cost will be calculated and a custom order listing will be sent to you to submit your order.
When working on your customized item, I will send photos - either during the process or when finished, for approval. You may want to point on any details or ask me to make corrections/alterations.
After the work is approved, it is ready to be packed and posted. Once you receive the item, you are welcome to contact me to provide feedback and share your thoughts/photos.

Shipping policies

All items are shipped with a tracking number using Standard Registered Small Package International or Expedited (Express Mail Intl) postal services. Please see shipping options while checking out. Signature confirmation is added to every order. Authorized recipient should be available on delivery.

We use the following methods to deliever your order:
- Standard (small international package, tracking nr may not be trackable in destination country post office websites, delivery estimates are about 1-2 weeks for Europe, 2-3 weeks for North America, and 3-4 for Asia and Australia)

- Expedited / Express Mail International (also called EMS, expedited service with tracking nr and guaranteed delivery times to some countries, delivery estimates are about 5-7 business days to Europe, 7-8 business days North America, 8-11 Asia and Australia).

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Sometimes it may take a little bit longer than expected due to shipping volumes and customs holds.

Undelivered / Lost Packages:
A package is considered lost after 6 weeks of non-delivery and no tracking information. Please contact us after 4 weeks to open investigation request at the post office which will take another 1-2 weeks for final resolution as lost or delivered. If your package is declared lost, the only available option is to resend the item again.

Damaged / Broken Package:
Packages may be damaged during transportation. If this happens with your order, please let us know immidiately.
As a sender, we will initiate a damaged package inquiry through our local post office.
In order to issue a refund for a damaged item(s), we will need the recipient take the package to their local post office and file a damaged claim with the details of damages (how many items were damaged, indicate their cost according to declared goods value stated in the customs forms). Once we receive the claim details. the total value will be reimbursed.

NB We're not responsible for any customs duties and fees, as well as package holds by customs for fee collections and procedures though we're aware of basic EU and US customs regulations so that we fill in the neccessary customs paperwork fully and correctly which prevents our customers from holds and / or fees that may occur.

Additional policies

All works are handmade, and slight alterations from the listings' photos are possible. Please bear in mind the items are handmade and every single item is original and there may be variations in the design patterns of my headpieces.

Custom orders are welcome in my shop. I can work with items created by me and those you wish me to recreate according to your photo and / or specification.

All my items come with 30-day no-hassle waranty. That means that if anything happens with an item during normal use, it could be replaced at no cost. Shipping fees apply.
