Medicine wheels are a basic Native American symbol for strength and well being. Large "medicine wheels" can be found in places of spirituality.

A person would sit in he center of the wheel and pray to each of the four directions, north, east, south, west, each direction representing a different aspect of life, all of which are necessary for personal balance and strength.

I use all natural feathers on my work, this one is a trimmed chicken feather. This pendant comes with a satin cord.
