This beautiful hand-beaded bear necklace was made by Ms. Theresia Kemp, who graciously donated it to help raise funds for Buffalo Blessings, a nonprofit charity dedicated to providing yearly over 35,000 pounds of badly needed food and supplies of daily living to over 750 impoverished Hopi and Navajo people residing on the reservations in Arizona. Please know that 100% of the net proceeds from the sale of this necklace will go to support this cause!
The bear's face, ear to ear, is about 2" wide and about 2 1/2" tall from top of the ears to the bottom of the fringe. The beaded chain is a continuous loop which hangs about 10 1/2" down the neck (about 20" total length of chain). The snout of the bear is 3-dimensional, and the beadwork is exquisite!
