Description

Basic quarter-barrel planter with straight cut top.

Dimensions: 9.5”H X 26” Diameter

Eco Wine Furniture products are left with the manufacturers' markings, which vary from piece to piece. In addition, a marking that may appear to be blemishes are actually part of the character of the furniture and makes each piece unique. All products vary in color and logos and other marking and no two are the same. Because each barrel has its own unique characteristics, no two items are exact or will be exactly as shown in our pictures.


All barrel stave products are made from natural wood of the barrel; conditioning on a regular basis is important to the life of the product.
To maintain your product and bring out the unique grains and markings it is recommended that a light coat of Olive Oil or Butcher Block & Cutting Board Oil for those pieces used with food. For other furniture products we recommend Howard Feed N Wax Furniture Polish.

Returns Guidelines

Generally:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please complete the following Return Form and return with the merchandise within 30 days of receipt for a quick exchange, refund, or credit. All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and include all components. Once your return is received and processed, you will be notified via email.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Just a Few Exceptions:
The following items are not returnable: personalized items, custom made items or damaged (unless in shipping) or abused items. We cannot accept returns on close-out or sale items unless it was documented by the shipping company as damaged in transit.

Restocking Fee:
We believe in doing business the old fashion way, treating our customers special, no restocking fees, ever.

Shipping & Handling Fees:
Shipping & Handling fees will only be refunded if the item was defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
If the personalized / customized product was made incorrectly we will pay the shipping and handling fees upon the product(s) being returned for replacement.

Purchases are shipped Santa Maria and scheduled to arrive under normal circumstances within 5-10 business days of shipment of the order. We offer Standard Delivery and Express Shipping options for most orders in the continental U.S. We do not ship overseas or outside the continental United States.

For Standard Shipping the following applies; if we receive your order by 2 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, the item will be shipped within 5 business days.

Eco Wine Furniture offers Express Shipping upon request for certain products. All express delivery orders for in-stock items placed on the web site before 3:00pm PST will be processed and shipped the same day. Any orders placed after 3:00pm PST will ship the following business day. If any order is placed after 3:00pm PST on a Friday, the order will be processed the following Monday or the next business day.

Please Note the Following:
*A express delivery processing fee of 15% will be added for all express shipments.
*Express Shipping may not be available in all destinations.
*Express Shipping is not available on Out of Stock,Over Size items or Custom Product Request.
