Vintage mid 19th century "Turk's Cap Mold" redware mold. These molds gets their name Turks Cap because of their resemblance to a turban. The earliest of examples, of red earthenware often have a mottled black glaze. This one is in great condition for over 150 years old. It is very collectible and there is no doubt in my mind that it could be used today. It is a very nice collectible. Add it to your collection or just help someone get started with a collection. We all have to remember that what we have today from the past will soon be gone if we don't hold on to it or get someone else to start collecting.

I will pay the shipping in the U.S.A.
