All Dhammarts' products are handcrafted by artisans who are experts in their own fields.

Our handmade goods are shipped via the main parcel delivery service called "Colissimo" of the French Post (La Poste).

Shipping fees are based on the overall weight of your order per address. Delivery costs are calculated according to postage charges of Colissimo. In case of shipping overages, the surcharges will be refunded accordingly.

Your package will be sent to the postal address on your Etsy order. If you need to change where your parcel will be sent to after you have ordered, please send a message within 24 hours to me so that it can be amended. Change of any information (name, address etc.) of a dispatched package is not possible.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me so that we can work together to sort it out. You have the right to return the unused item within 14 days of receiving it with the original receipt. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

In case of returns from foreign countries (outside of the EU), please be informed that customs and import taxes may apply at the French Customs. In this instance, buyers are liable for customs duties or additional clearance charges.

For international orders, we can gift wrapped the items inside the mailing package, but item(s) description, quantity, weight, and monetary value will be accurately represented on the customs form due to customs/import taxes regulations. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
