**RETURN PERIOD & IF ANYTHING IS WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER**
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery ( we use the post mark from USPS tracking information, we base the time of delivery off of the tracking ID associated with your order, which means the return request period is 48 hours after the status of order is marked as "Delivered" by USPS ). We would gladly accept a return or exchange as needed. Please note refunds will be granted minus shipping costs.
All accepted returns MUST be sent back in its original packaging to protect our product during shipping in order to receive your refund.

**As soon as your order is notified as shipped, cancellation and any changes to order information are not allowed. At that point we have already packaged up the order, purchased shipping, and have sent the order out.

We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred for deliveries within the country of purchase.
