I happily accept Paypal, a secure online payment system that accepts all major credit cards and debit cards. You can make a payment through Paypal with credit card even if you don't have a Paypal account.

With the nature of custom work, please consider all sales as final. Refunds or exchanges may be considered on an individual basis.

I would like all of my customers to be happy, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item with any concerns. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, I would appreciate if you please send me a message to work something out instead of leaving neutral or negative feedback.

Shipping policies

Current turnaround time for making your custom order is usually 1-2 weeks.

I usually include a thank you note with the orders, if you would prefer no note in the package (eg. if it's going directly to a gift recipient) or if you would like a note that says something else, please let me know in the message to seller when checking out.

Delivery estimate times:

REGULAR SHIPPING: (NO TRACKING)
CANADA: estimated 5-10 business days from day shipped (one to two weeks from day shipped)
USA: estimated 5-10 business days (one to three weeks from day shipped).
USA (Eastern) & INTERNATIONAL: could take as long as 2-4 weeks (10-21 business days) for delivery, depending on your location (mail going to Eastern North American usually takes longer) and depending on the speed of customs. I will not consider an item lost until 4 weeks has passed from the date of mailing. There is no tracking or insurance with regular shipping. International Items could take longer, it is out of my control with regular shipping method.

For Faster and Tracked shipping, alternatively, by request I can send through registered mail (expedited) includes tracking and insurance but costs extra. Please send me a message to inquire how best to meet your needs. I would make a revised listing reserved for you with the adjusted price, or send an invoice to your paypal after purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for their own potential tax/customs fees of their country.

Recommended Wine Charm Care:

- Please do not send these charms into the dishwasher with your glasses.
- To prevent tarnish from the air, you can store the charms in a ziplock bag, such as the one I send with your order, along with a silica packet (those packets you get when you buy something new).
