Whippet Fleece Coat, Greyhound Fleece, Fleece Dog coat, Reversible Dog coat, Winter Dog Coat, Snood Neck, Custom Made, Double Tartan Fleece

A warm, reversible dog coat, made of double layer fleece, especially suited to whippets, lurchers or greyhounds. The lovely tartan fleece, available in blue or red colourway, is contrasted with the black fleece, and has a small zig zag edging. A must for any whippet or greyhound in the chilly weather, or to wear in the house.

This whippet fleece dog coat, or greyhound fleece, is made to a looser fit so your dog has plenty of movement to run or stretch. It covers the tail and sides well, wrapping under the tummy well to keep it warm. As this coat is reversible, the strap is removable so the coat can be worn either way around, two coats in one!

The neck is long and shaped, so when it is fully extended goes slightly over the ears or can be turned back to show contrast fabric. As all my coats are custom made the neck can be ordered as is, or ordered longer so covers head more, or alternately have it shorter if your dog doesn't like a snood neck.

The fleece shown is contrasted with a black and white trim down the back. This particular trim, can catch on the rough Velcro, so when not in use please close the Velcro, and when removing strap pull through so the rough end doesn't go through. Alternately a plain trim can be chosen from the drop down menu.

The coat is fully washable on a 40 degree wash, or hand washed, but then leave to dry somewhere warm.

Please note if measurement 1)base of neck to start of tail is longer than 22'' you will need to order a greyhound size fleece. If the measurement is longer than 30.5'' you will need to order a ex large greyhound fleece
