the seller was great and the final item is beautiful although some of the lines on the uniforms weren't perfect.

The topper is very cute (though I will say it took a lot of back and forth to get any sort of resemblance I was satisfied with), but it’s also very very delicate. When the topper arrived, it was broken (a head had fallen off). The seller told me to fix it myself. I had to go out and buy numerous glues until I found one that worked and I asked him to refund me $30 for the supplies I had to purchase myself, and he ignored me. I also had to pay $40 for shipping, which was an unexpected cost. I didn’t complain at the time and promptly paid, but upon receiving a broken product, I feel otherwise. This item is just way too expensive for this kind of quality and customer service.

Very cute product. I did not receive a proof of the item until after its projected ship date. This did not leave any time to alter it if I had not liked the item. I ordered this item in early August and did not receive until the middle of October. Fortunately, it is very cute and was shipped very quickly.

It's love to leave no stars as I have no item. I ordered in beginning of November realized it would be close to wedding. Spoke with her and she said she would work to meet my schedule. Showed my the finished product Dec 11, told her I loved it. Item was in paid status, still is. I've written to her probably over 20 times and no response. Spoke with Etsy customer service 2 times and said they had to respond again nothing. She wrote to me Jan 23 and told me sorry, what would I think the remedy should be... I said I want a refund. Still no response. This is unacceptable. It was $150 and for a wedding!!! Such poor customer service and I am out $150 and no item.
