The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

We will try our best to meet your satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us and we will solve the problem promptly. We will make sure all our customers are happy.

Refund Policy:
If your items arrive damaged due to rough transit, please contact us within 3 days after the package gets delivered in order to make a claim. We won't be responsible for the damages after the 3-day period sorry.

If you wish to return your items, please contact us within 3 days after the package gets delivered to make return arrangements. Please note that any refunds issued will be minus the shipping fees since we already shipped the products and paid the fees, and will incur a 20% restocking fee. If returned items arrive damaged and/or not in their original condition, no refund will be given sorry. For custom orders, due to the personalized nature of them, they are non-refundable.

Every now and then things do happen at the Post Office during shipping, so if you receive your scoby damaged, we will send a replacement. All we ask is for a picture of the damaged item within 3 days after you receive an item.

If your KOMBUCHA or JUN SCOBY gets contaminated during the brewing process we do not assume any responsibility. WE WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY REFUNDS DUE TO CONTAMINATION OF YOUR SCOBY, OR YOUR BREW. Our service is to provide the SCOBY and starter tea needed to make kombucha. We do not assume responsibility for the knowledge and skills needed to make kombucha/jun, the buyer assumes all responsibly. No refunds will given due to your success rate on kombucha/jun or if your SCOBY is contaminated.

Plants shipping:
Because your plant has been in a box without sunlight for a few days in shipping, it might decide to yellow and drop few leaves when it first arrives. This is normal. (If it loses all leaves, this is not normal and you should contact us.)

Based on USDA Hardiness Zone
Zones 8-9: Shipping now
Zone 3-7: We will monitor weather in these zones
Currently, we ship Monday - Wednesday to ensure your plants aren't stalled in some warehouse over the weekend. We also watch the weather very closely to ensure the survivability of your plants. If the overnight temperatures between you and our greenhouse in Florida are too cold, we will delay shipping another week, or until it's warm enough.

We take a great pride in our products and would appreciate you contacting us before leaving any negative reviews, to give us the opportunity to correct the issue.

Shipping policies

We do our best to ship your items as inexpensively as possible. When items are under 16 ounces, we ship 1st class USPS. If it's over that, it goes USPS Priority.

Please double check whether your shipping address on Etsy is correct before making your purchase. We ship packages to the exact addresses that are provided on your Etsy accounts. Please understand that if addresses are incorrect, we will not be responsible for any lost packages. If packages get returned to us due to incorrect / inaccurate addresses, customers will be responsible for repaying the postage. Thanks so much for your understanding!

For kombucha, jun and live plants orders we ship on Monday - Thursday only to prevent the live cultures/plants from sitting over the weekend before delivery. Orders must be received by noon EST on Thursday to be shipped that week. After that time, it will be shipped the following week. We use a heat sealer to secure the plastic bags (for kombucha and jun orders). Plastic bags are FDA Approved and BPA Free.
