* I do best to accurately represent my items in photos. If your item does not meet your expectations, please contact me immediately within 7 days of receipt of your order in case of a refund or an exchange. The returned items must be in their original condition, with no sign of wear, and the return shipping charges are at the cost of the customer.
* Don't want to wait till packages come back to me? - Send me the scan or photo of shipping receipt of the package - I will proceed you return / exchange immediate.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

All of my items are individually handmade with care, but are not 100% waterproof. Please be sure to remove your jewelry if you feel they may get wet (ie. washing your hands, showering, swimming, etc.)

We ship from Latvia (European Union).

* All purchases are shipped 3-5 business days after your payment (post office is closed here on Saturday and Sunday).

DELIVERY DETAILS:

* I ship using the Latvian Mail Company by registered mail with delivery confirmation (Tracking number)

* Delivery usually takes between:
European Union: 4 business days till 14 business days
Australia, United States, Canada: 14 business days - 30 business days
Rest of the World: up to 1-2 months

Sometimes can be up to 1 month depending on your location. Please note, very occasionally a package may take longer than expected. If your package hasn't arrived by then please get in touch. There can be delays in customs during holidays also.

* Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 1,5 month (7 weeks) from posting date and tracking info approves that.
I will fill in the claim about the lost on our own. While the claim is being proceed, I would resend the same items to you or refund the full amount of order - you choose the best option for you.

* Please make sure that the delivery address you select at checkout is the one you like me to send it to! I take the one Etsy provides and not the one that's on your PayPal!

CUSTOM ORDERS:

See an item that you like but you'd rather it in another color? I'd be happy to make it for you.
Custom orders may take up to a week to ship unless otherwise notified.
